The duplex home and unfinished lot for parking, is located next to the Co-Op. The buildings are comprised of 18 Two Bedroom/One Bath, two 2bedroom / 2 bath and 6 One Bedroom/One Bath units. 2 of the 6 plex buildings were recently remodeled and 2 of the buildings will be full remodeled as part of this project. The duplex requires minimal paint and finishing.  The units will all have laundry added. The parking lot will be engineered and built to support the Co-Op tenants. The construction is 3 story brick frame with wood joists and stone foundation.
